• BIDMEXICO worked with Edmonton-based DevStudios to open in Mexico its first 2 subsidiary schools for Information Technology. The first school, in the city of Leon, opened in 2006, and the second in Monterrey, in 2007. BIDMEXICO continues to oversee operations of both schools. • In partnership with an Albertan investor, BIDMEXICO opened and operates the Club America Canadian National Soccer Academy in Edmonton to train children from 6 to 18 years of age in the professional soccer methodology of Club America, one of Mexico’s top soccer teams. OIL & GAS

• Through partnership with BIDMEXICO, an Alberta company was awarded a contract with PEMEX for a $1.9 Million USD 9-month service-related project in one of PEMEX’s main regions. BIDMEXICO introduced this company to PEMEX, finding this project for them to suit their needs, arranging all contacts and meetings, helping them through the process of qualifying for the project without necessity of a tender, and guiding them through all necessary negotiations up to the signing of the contract. This project was successfully completed between 2006 and 2007.

MANUFACTURING AND EXPORT

• BIDMEXICO has identified a manufacturer in Mexico for a British Columbia-based producer of exercise and yoga clothing. Samples have been received and negotiations are underway for production.

• BIDMEXICO has identified a distributor in Mexico for a revolutionary patented cleaning product in the medical sector.

• BIDMEXICO has identified a manufacturer in Mexico for an Alberta-based producer of soccer clothing. Samples have been received and negotiations are underway for production.

• BIDMEXICO has identified a manufacturer in Mexico for an Alberta-based producer of Tanks and Vessels in the Oil and Gas sector so that this company may transfer a portion of their production to Mexico.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• BIDMEXICO continues to work as a consultant for several Canadian companies to advise and translate on their affairs with their Mexican partners and/or operations.

• BIDMEXICO completed, under contract, the Business Plan and Feasibility Study for a Mexican food production and distribution company to be based out of Edmonton. The Business Plan and Feasibility Study were completed in October of 2006, and the company is in the process of being established.

• In partnership with a Canadian Developer, BIDMEXICO is raising private equity in Mexico for type B development in central and coastal Mexico (ongoing).
